It really just came to me while i was regularly working out. I honestly had no clue what I was actually doing, I had joined a gym and I always felt very insecure and just felt embarrassed not knowing if I was doing what I should do the correct way... Then that's when i started to do research and stumbled across bodybuilding.com. Soon after that along with buying supplements, and educating myself little by little, it all became an obsession. Then, a lifestyle!
I love working out so much because it honestly makes me feel better about myself. Body, mind, and soul. Working out helps me stay balanced with my diet, and just overall. Although, a lot of the people on here make me feel down about myself at times... I still manage to keep going and keep learning. I have a hard time with my motivation and insecurities, but somehow, i get pass them and carry on.
