I started running everyday between 6-9 miles till I injured my lower back in Jan 2001, but that didnt stop me...I conttinued to do Piyo (Pilates and Yoga) classes to strengthen my lower back.

I love the feeling of working out and living a healthy lifestyle...plus I have more energy throughout the day after wokring out!
