A cousin of mine began working out at decided to bring me along. when i entered the gym i was extremely fat and out of shape i could barely lift a 25lb weight without struggling. i realized after being in the gym for an hour and getting help from some of the vets that this was something i wanted to continue doing and it became my outlet for stress and motivation for a better lifestyle

the self gratification you get from forming your body is enough. but for me its a challenge trying to take my body to the next level throughout life and that challenge is stimulating to me mentally. andi just love the gym some play ball others run i workout
