I was an avid runner as a child, started running track in 5th grade and ran all of High school with my highest achievements being 2nd at State in the 800m as a sophomore with a 1:57.9 and 2nd at State in the 400m as a senior with a 48.1 sec. High school is when I started lifting and loved it.

I have always loved lifting and the feeling of being fit. I have only recently picked it back up and remember why I love it so much. Working on getting my whole family into fitness so we will be able to do more hiking and such.
