after i had glandular fever when i was younger, i took up training to get myself in top shape and became addicted to the gym lifestyle. I've trained in several martial arts and won kickboxing titles when I was younger. When I was unable to get fight fit due to no cartilage in one of my knees anymore I decided to bodybuild. I had always weight trained but took the next step when I was about 38. Aiming to win a Mr. Scotland title within the next 3 years and progress to a British within about 5 or 6 years.

it just feel like its what im made to doand i couldn't imagine a life without training in it!
