I started because of weight gain in 2010 coming off a vegan lifestyle that didn't agree with my migraines. The excess carbs were also hard for me to burn off. Struggling then after years through emotional abuse from different people, I've been trying to drop 60+ lbs.

Now after breaking free from emotional abuse, I'm reclaiming my positive self image and health. I hope to find a diet and exercise lifestyle that will help me live healthy and as pain free as possible.

I love to improve! I like how bodybuilding has changed me for the better. God is first in my life and through Him I get my strength to workout.
