I have always follow some kind of workout routine at home, even before my child. I always run with a trail mill, bunch of cardio then I started adding to my cardio PILATES program that I still will continue use for days I can't hit the gym, gave me a lot of awareness of my body complexity muscles. I have always been size 8 before my kid I was size 6, after pregnancy I got to be size 10 which is not bad post pregnancy and right away got into my size 8 again but I have always get toned. So I got a membership gym for first time and I have been going 3-4 times a week since Dec 2012, I am still very excited and I am starting to workout around other people. But with no knowledge of what muscles to target, repetition, sets, supplements, and nutrition I am still not seeing the results I want. So i found this website by accident. I saw a empty box from bodybuilder.com my next door a neighbor trash and I decided to check it out. I think the meal and workout plans are easy to follow. I hope with this new adventure I can get toned and sexy to be bikini ready not only by summer but all year long for the rest of my life ;)
I just love the feeling in my body muscles, helps me with stress and being a full time special needs mom and student. gives me my "me" time, besides since my kid is getting bigger and stronger as well, i need to get in shape to manage him and chase him all around. I can now lift him above my head and he is 34 lbs. I hope I can be an inspiration for other special needs moms some time in the future.
