i moved back in with my parents at 23 years old, 213 pounds, drinker, smoker, sleeping 18 hours a day and one day i just woke up. Realized i wasnt ok with squeezing into a size 16! first i changed my diet and started running and got to a more comfortable but chubby 160 pounds. I went to massage school and started learning about the body and thats when my fascination began. I started running more and would occasionally hit the weights but not really. Then about 6 months ago i decided why settle for mediocrity!!? I enrolled in nutrition classes and started lifting more and decided id aim for a 16% bodyfat. I was mainly doing weights at home since my parents have a ton of equipment from when my dad used to lift. I fell in LOVE with the way it made me feel! SO i signed up at the gym about a month ago and they checked my bodyfat and it was 14%!!!! soooo now im more motivated than ever to become my perfect self. I started eating meat again yesterday. (id been a vegetarian since massage school so it was hard) but i told myself DO IT FOR THE MUSCLE =) i cant wait to see myself in 6 months, 1 year, 5 years! NEVER, EVER STOP GETTING BETTER! <3
