I'm 30yrs old and just had my second baby a year ago. I started working out after 5 months of having my second after cesarean and hernia. I have always struggled to ever gain weight, i have always been "skinny". I ate anything i wanted, anytime, anywhere. I love eating but people never did believe me when i said i "ate" lol .The only time i gain is during pregnancy and my stomach is what takes the beating. I find it such a struggle to juggle losing fat in my midsection due to my cesareans/hernia and trying to gain mass everywhere else. This has been an awesome journey regardless and almost a year since i started it...i see results and its what keeps me going...i'm happy that im better than i used to be physically and mentally!
The more I put into it, the more I get back. The stronger I get, the more I want it. Nothing feels better than sweat dripping down me and endorphinâs running through my body!
