I started working out because I started boxing at age 18. After I got into a car accident in 2006...I gained a large amount of weight...scary 220 aiming for 230. I was married and unhappy as my ex husband was not one for exercise. After we Separated...I was in a depressive state...but knew its not where I wanted to be...so I got back into the boxing gym, with no real Intention to compete, but just to lose weight. But that was a big mistake as once I entered the gym and touched that ring again...I was hooked and just wanted to get back in there. 7 years and several fights later I went from 220 to 148 lbs. I stopped boxing because of another injury and gain back lbs hitting 169...got into flag football, rugby and even salsa dancing and dropped back to my mow 159lbs. Now I'm single sexy and free...making my own money and just eager to keep the weight off and look rip as heck and sexy while at it. :)
