I got my ass kicked a lot, so I decided that was enough of that. Trained in the Martial Arts (mostly contact oriented) for the past 35 years achieving Black Belt Levels in eight different systems, including Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, Kali, Combat Submission Wrestling, Wing Chun and a few others. I'm a boxing coach, and currently train about 12 Pro MMA Fighters known as the Bomb Squad! I specialize in Mental Edge Training, agility, strength and conditioning and standup freestyle fighting.
