I always checked Bodybuilding for new workouts or recipes and I decided that I become a member! I love lifting and pushing myself. It's the best combination of physical and mental toughness. I also happened to be very competitive and love getting to know people who are too.

There are so many people on hear to help motivate me.

There is no better feeling than finishing a grueling workout with that air of accomplishment. What I love more is when I see my teammates and friends pushing themselves farther than they ever thought they could or would.

It gives me the motivation I need to realize that if I can do something I thought I NEVER could, then I can do anything.
