I've always been pretty fit and active, but more of a runner, with light weight training. I was looking at an Oxygen magazine one day while pregnant with my third and final child, and noticed all the IFBB pros in there and thought they looked amazing. I wasn't sure what IFBB meant and when I did a search on the internet, and thought, "I want to do that!" So once I was able to start working out again that was my mission, and I am proud to say I competed in my first NPC competition on April 4, 2015. It was a great experience. I'm not sure if I will compete again, but I definitely want to stay fit and keep improving!

It makes me feel good and of course, look good!
