I wanted to become a better runner but the gym that I went to had such awesome classes for weight lifting that I got hooked. Now I love to lift and dread my cardio. I got started with Bodybuilding because I can look for articles, buy my supplements, find new plans, and read the motivational stories when I need a motivation boost, plus any exercise that I don't know how to do has a video to show me and I can get a variety of different exercises for each muscle group so my muscles dont get bored...and me too!
I love how bodybuilding can make you feel great all day long. It can make you feel strong, confident, and I love how it is starting to make me feel and look. It's part of a newer me that I like and I want to continue. I hope that everyone who picks up a dumbbell feels the same way and that they are getting the results that they want. Keep it up everyone!!!
