A cousins spouse actually invited me to accompany him and his wife to the local gym. I was hooked!!! I have always been self conscious and somewhat unsure of my abilities and working out brought something to life inside of me! It changed me, made me feel independent and strong!

It gives me such a feeling of accomplishment!
