I had my second daughter in February of 2013. I gained 20 lbs with the pregnancy, but dropped right back down to 130 shortly after delivery. By the end of 2013 summer I had undergone a complete bad foods binge. I was at my highest weight ever. I was now weighing 149 ( & not pregnant) and became very introverted and began to hide myself. Until finally i decided to get a trainer and shed some of that weight off. & i did... from October to December I busted my butt and got down to 127. However, this change was only physical. I learned NOW that when you truly transform, it really starts within. Soon after losing all that weight I started the 2014 yearly challenge which I quit after a few weeks and went back to bad habits. It has been a crazy yo-yo ride since then; until now that is! Today I feel like I have finally come to the understanding of what it takes to live a fit lifestyle and not just go through a phase, which will lead you to bounce back and forth. I am not going through a transformation which I am LEARNING and UNDERSTANDING about my body, nutrition, and mindset. All of those 3 things combined has completely equipped me to have a true inside out transformation that will last me forever!
