Fitness has always been a passion of mine-but got more serious when I joined the Army. I have a Masters in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. I am also NASM-CPT and NASE certified. In the past I have coached on performance enhancement and have been very successful. Now, I am challenging myself to transform and compete in figure while gaining some insight on that process to better educate my clients simultaneously challenging myself and others around me.

Simply put, I feel better. When I don't work out I don't feel right. I think that exercise is a prescription for many people suffering from disease and illness: it costs nothing but an hour a day and there are no harmful substances involved. I truely beleive that if people would eat a little cleaner and exercise daily we wouldn't have chronic health concerns as we do now.
