I have been guilty of going to the gym getting fit looking great feeling great then I let it fall off. This bout of my Working Out/Weight Loss journey started in September of 2013 when a friend of mine came to me and said she found a Groupon deal fro a Boot Camp that they were having in our area. It was a 6 week program and it was $99 so I thought what the heck, why not. I have been doing Boot Camp since then and have done it 5 days a week since! I love it! I have started to incorporate running in my routine, my goal for 2014 was 14 5ks in 14 and I accomplished 16 races!! This year I am already signed up for the Spartan Spring/Warrior Dash/Dirty Girl Run as well as the Rugged Maniac! I plan on incoporating more 5ks in this year as well and beat last years goal of 16 races!!
I love Working Out because it makes me feel better about myself and my attitude has changed. I can now run with my daughter and play basketball with her, I plan on being able to beat her one day too!! <3 Much love
