I have never considered myself into bodybuilding. I have worked out in some form growing up. In the military, I exercised regularly, mostly calisthenics and running. Never got into weight lifting. I started a couple of months agao with this little trip. I was mainly doing the mobility and calisthenics again, with some weights. I tried Crossfit, but I wasn't getting what I wanted out of the workouts. I went to Bodybuilding.com, which I had previously ordered supplements, and I saw the Bodyspace and programming. I really like the layout and interactive setup. I signed up for the 30-day Beginner's Guide to Fitness. I have a lot of hope with this, because I see the encouragement and guidance already. I'm going to stick this out, and then find a plan to carry out the rest of my time.
I love working out because I can feel the energy transfer and it truly refreshes me. It could be in the morning (even though that can be a little rough), during the day, or after work. It just feels good to sweat it out and push through things.
