when I started my military service... Later I found that I needed to workout not just for all the right reasons but because if I do not I wiil be destructive. It is my outlet to staying a functioning member of the working world. Being over 30 years old I am in the best shape of my life and getting better each day.

It makes me feel strong, powerful, a super human.
