I have been an athlete all of my life. Football, wrestling and track in H.S. Additionally, I played rugby in college and beyond until I was 29. I am also a retied police officer/detective who was responsible for training officers, and was the lead fitness instructor at the University of Akron's Law Enforcement Training Center from 2000-2008. I now run my own training business where I oversee the success of my client's workouts and diets.
Fitness has always been a way of life for me. As an athlete and police officer, I always needed to stay in shape, and bodybuilding was the key. I have, however, primarily trained for size and strength, so fat loss was never a major concern. As long as i kept thing reasonably tight, I felt comfortable. Now, being retired and not needing the size, I have decided to shift gears and maintain my muscle size and strength, but lose fat in the process. Wish me luck in this new endeavor!
