A friend joined a gym and asked me to join, and that day was the day that changed my life. Been going ever since, and haven't missed a workout day.

Number one reason is that it reliefs stress from school for me. Since i go after school ends, i get to get a fantastic pump every time i work out. Also noticing changes on my body amazes me.
