Like most I am sure this is not the first time I have tried to start. But this is the first time I have used bodyspace and maybe it can help me stay motivated enough to stay with it. I normally get going good in the gym and make the gains I want and then stop. This time I want to stick to it and get past my peak and keep going. I want to reach that point and be able to keep going. In the few weeks I have been back in it I already see the gains getting back to what they were, so just got to stay focused and keep pushing.
This time I got started because my GF started a diet and I wanted to support her. So I went on the diet as well, then she started working out as well so I wanted to show her support and I got back in the gym. I have been going 5 days a week for about 2 weeks now. We go on RR in one more week so we got to stick to our goals. Together I have faith that we can do it. After this vacation I will order some supplements for us and I will post about them and how they are working for us. That way everyone else will know the scoop on some of this stuff.

It is fun at times, and the results are worth it but I don't think I have ever said "Hey you know what? I LOVE working out" You know come to think about it I have never heard anyone in the gym say it either.
I must admit as you continue on this love hate relationship grows on you some.
