A friend told me about bodybuilding.com...once I navigated the site I was hooked. I started lifting using Jamie Eason's Live fit plan and have been lifting ever since. I LOVE what weights have helped me achieve in my figure.

I'm a mom of 5 busy kids so working out and staying fit helps me keep up with them. My workout time is also the only "me" time I get. I love putting my beats on, getting in the zone and cranking it out. Makes me feel good about myself and my day.
