I started just because ever since leaving the Army I realized I am no where near as active as I wanted to be. I noticed I was feeling tired all the time and it was due to me just beginning to become unhealthy. Ever since I started back up I have already noticed a change in not only my body but my mood and if I am tired its usually due to a long work day followed by a nice workout! Now I just hope to lose about ten pounds and turn it into some muscle!
