I have wanted to weight lift professionally since the 8th grade but my dad did not let me. My partner convinced me that I should not give up on that dream and now I am finally back on coarse to making it come true. I gained a bit of weight being in the hospital and then battling sever lethargy and depression which was discovered to be caused by vitamin deficiencies. But now with supplements and the help of my motivational FaceBook fitness group, Fit Buddies, and all my friends on body space I am getting back on track. I am super into nutrition and plan every meal carefully to have a balance of nutrients. I recently began a new diet and have seen progress in the one month that I have been on it loosing 3 kg or about 9 lbs already. I am on a Mediterranean Flexitarian diet And try to eat fish at least thrice a week, poultry one to two times a week, insects at least once a week, red meat once a week and predominantly plant based nutrients. I limit sugar, cholesterol, processed starches, and transfat.
