I started working out seriously in early 2012. My goal was to lose 25-30 lbs of fat and achieve my goal weight of 110 lbs. I started with 140 lbs a year ago. And YES, I did achieve my goal weight. I am actually at 108 lbs now.
A friend motivate me to lift weights to lose weight and I have never looked back.

I love working out because I have seen the results I was looking for. I am healthier and have a flat abs now, which I did not have for over a decade now.
