I originaly started bodybuilding when i was 13 as side acctivity to boxing. I wanted to gain more strength and endurance so that I could throw faster and stronger punches. However after a while I stoped boxing and then stoped weight lifting. From then on I started to focous myself more on loosing fat as I was pretty big. I eventually droped down to 55kg by time I reached my 16th birthday in july 2015. I felt weak and most of my clothes where so loose and baggy. I had felt as though i had lost too much weight so from septeber I decided to hit gym hard! So from September to January I manged to gain 13kg in weight. Then one of the worst things that could happen to any bodybuilderwhich was that I had reached a plataue. I couldnt get past 70kg, My body kept fluctuation from 68kg to 70kg but I new that I wanted to get bigger. So I decided to change my diet and entire workiout plan. Hopefully i should see some great results in a few months or so. I'm going to upload my progress pictures in September along with my beofre pictures so that i can show you guys my 12 month transformation.
