Well, being a kid or even a teen i was really very skinny, not weighing more than 45-50kgs, and all my cousins, grands and family members called me " stick" or mr skinny, but that never bothered me cause i was too busy enjoying my life while in school and ate all fast foods and never bothered to eat home cooked food, veggies etc but build up guys always influenced me somewhere in my mind, thats how it started, big time motivation came in watching all these action Movies, WWE, and not forgetting the movie "Rocky" , Man, gotta say this movie inspired the hell out me and i knew all i wanna look like is Sylvester Stallone, no matter what it takes and how long it takes. but that was back in high school, didnt know about diets or workouts and so i keep pulling it till i met a few friends in my gym who told me what to eat and how to workout, Trainer helped me alot aswell introducing me to supplements after i finished my high school, and then i had enough time to train and eat well and then i was unstoppable..all my nights were busy researching and reading about diets and supplementation and workouts online, a few years went by and hard work did pay off and im here now.!
