I haven't always looked after myself, but after 10 years of working shift work and 3 tween/teen children, I decided I wanted to be fit in my late 30s. Walking turned to running, which turned to half marathon training and sprint work, which turned to weight workouts in the past couple of years.
I am now an IFBB bikini athlete with 5 shows under my belt; 3rd National Champion 1st regional Champion

Because I feel lighter, fitter, stronger (mentally and physically), and it helps me deal with stress in life. Plus it makes me look younger lol
