I have been lifting and training since I was 17 years old. A couple detours in life have lead me astray but, I AM back now stronger and more dedicated than ever!

I love training and have become even more motivated and dedicated than ever. These past few years have been very rough and the gym and my kiddos have been the shining light at the end of my tunnel.
