I got started when one day after school, I was sitting at home eating french fries and messing around on the computer, when I thought to myself that this is not what I want to be doing. A few of my friends from school were staying to workout after classes and had asked me to come a few times but I never went. The next day, I stayed after school to workout; the rest is history. I've been committed to going to the gym and have got great results. I've learned lots and taught lots to other people in my gym. Working out has become my lifestyle.
I love working out because of the results I get and the feeling it gives. The pumps I get during a workout keep me motivated, and the moment I'm done my workout for the day, I'm immediately thinking about tomorrows workout. Being in the gym is a huge part of my life, and with it, it makes my life all the better. Another part of working out that I love, is helping others who are new to it and need help learning. I was once in the position and learned lots from others and I'm still learning from others, but being able to teach others new things makes working out even better for me.
