I've been in and out of gyms over the last 20 years. Need to find that drive in me that makes me want to stick with it and not give up.

I love to workout because its a great stress reliever and overall improvement to your attitude. Add on the benefits you get to your body and how can you go wrong. I workout 4 to 5 times per week.
