I've been involved in sports since middle school, so it's been a part of the majority of my life. I'll try anything! I've been riding horses since 4 years old, I've done cheerleading, swimming, running, biking (have yet to do a tri), rowing, weight lifting, snowboarding, roller blading, etc. I love to move and I'm ready to clean up my diet to show it.

That post-workout soreness and exhaustion. Being tired and sweaty is what accomplishment feels like.
