I remember beginning this great lifestyle in 8th grade. One day after school I walked with a friend two miles to the high school to lift with the football team. From that day forward, even though my buddy did not continue coming to workout with me, I walked to workout with the older kids each day until I was in high school.
Once in high school I realized quickly that working out was much more to me than just getting stronger for football. I enjoyed every aspect of it. I loved learning new workouts, watching new videos, taking new supplements, and seeing my body change in front of me. I made sure there was time to go to the gym daily because it was always on my mind and it gave me piece of mind when I got through a hard workout and was able to sleep each night. Addiction? I do not know, but I do know thats its something that makes me happy and is a big part of my life.
