Brain was first, everything else was secondary. I was always into fitness, but never thought about it because of HEALTH.
Inspired by a great friend, I realized I deserved to appreciate my mind, body, and soul for everything it was capable of.
Now, I am in love with bringing out the best in myself. I am a healthier human being, so much more happier in life.
Why not me? Why not now? Why not be everything I know I can be?
In November, I started by clean eating and exercising at the gym (cardio and some weights, full body) for 1.5hrs every day.
In January, clean eating and exercising at the gym (cardio and some weights, full body) for 1hr everyday.
In May, clean eating, biking to work, running during lunch time (approx 2.30 miles or 3.75K), and lifting weights at home everyday (no clue at to the time spent).
On August 14, I started IIFYM, and so far, no complains.
Got set back by a gastrointestinal problem in September, then got sick in October, cold lasted until mid-November. I fell off for a bit due to this, but in January 2015, I'M BACK and NOTHING is gonna stop me.
I am addicted to all the great effects of health: improved positive outlook, energy, self-esteem, drive, looks, etc.
I'm excited to progress and further my accomplishments!
