All It took was one picture....just one. I took it to show a lady I was trying to impress and get with. I saw the picture and said oh no......that can't be me??? can it???? that night I started my return to health and fitness...

It releases stress, creates endorphins(natural feel-good drug) and the pump is always worth it. I'm stronger, healthier, and better than I was even in my US Army days as a Tanker at 25. Like I tell these younger kids these days....If I'm doing it at 50 you damn well better be at 25!!!
