One day toward the end of grad school I looked in the mirror and realized my face looked like a chipmunk! I decided to take action and slowly but surely started changing my eating habits and began to work out. Over the course of six months I made tremendous gains and realized that if I could do it on my own, I could do even better by connecting with other people who cared about being fit and researching nutrition and exercise on the internet. That was many years ago, but my passion for being fit has only increased.

Working out makes me feel amazing!
