For the longest time I would go, "Okay, time to start working out again.", and besides a little bit every now and then it never truly happened. I started realizing that I was loosing my core fast. I had always been the skinny type but now it had started going away. So with the inspiration of a friend and this wonderful site the time has now come to build the body I have always wanted!
