I joined a challenge for the local Y. for the first time i was finally able to loose weight. So I have just kept going and now I want to have some more muscle. Ive lost a lot of weight and now am focusing more on the toning.
Why I Love it
I love the feeling of accomplishment when I am done. I love the sweat dripping down my face knowing that I gave it all. I love the stares I get because I work my butt off in the gym. most people just stand around. Im always moving and doing something.
