I got started working out in high school hard when I got serious about football. My hard work and God given ability helped me receive a full ride scholarship to play at the University of Washington. I finished up my career at Fresno State University. So, in short most of my working out knowledge is from 9 years of football based training.

I love seeing results on the hard work I put in. I love pushing myself. I love the gym community. There is something special about so many people coming together w/ similar goals in mind.
