I've always loved how muscle looks. But when I attended a local bodybuilding competition to cheer on a trainer at my gym and saw it in person...that's when I knew I had to compete! I wanted to be up on that stage!

It's a very powerful feeling. I am really strong for my size, and I love how it feels to put up the big weights. Functional strength is so important for overall health and fitness.
