The reason I started to bodybuild / work out is I want to represent my profession, wanted my children not to be embarassed at the beach and to impress my wife. You see I was an athlete in high school and college and stayed fit through the first ten years of my profession as a high school coach. I use to run and lift with the players but over the years I have let myself go. I startede coaching at 175 pounds in 1991. Now at age 44 and before I started to work out I got up to 237. Today I am at 227 and working hard and eating clean.
The second reason I have changed my lifestyle is because this summer while on the beach my children told me to keep my shirt on and to make it worse my wife aggreed.
Finally, my wife shared with me I was not as attractive with belly, burger and a beer.
So to change the above I eat clean, sleep well and workout everyday with Shortcut To Shred.
I have created a "Top Ten List" of why I must workout. Main reason is my teenage daughter is embarassed of me and my wife is embarassed for me. That really hurts so I am out to change it one day at a time, one work out at a time, one rep at a time.
