I worked at a gym in Traverse City, MI when I was 19. I was in great shape, worked out with Jeff and Vern Gauthier. I never felt better. I got a new job then slowly stopped working out and had a baby. My weight has went up and down since then.

I love seeing the results of bodybuilding. I feel stronger when I'm lifting.. not just physically, mentally as well. Love the high afterwards and the soreness to follow.
