Working out and involved in athletics since high school. I played football, wrestled and ran track, and in college continued with football and track. I have continued in track as an adult to this day, also continuing to workout and develop athletically as a thrower. I have help many people achieve their fitness and athletic goals as well. I coach track athletes on the college and elite level and do personal training as well for any level of fitness, people just starting out, to serious athletes and workout junkies! I still compete as well for USA Track and Field.

It great to improve yourself on all levels. When you feel good about yourself it shows. It also helps with you mental and emotional levels, confidence and self worth. I like seeing the tranformation though hard work!
