I come from a heavy family,,So i was the fat kid in school,,I hated the way i looked but did't have a good idea what good nutrition was,
At age15 at 5foot 8,I was 200 Lbs ,,So i knew i had to make changes, instead of complaining i wanted to do something about it!
I lost the weight but did it all wrong, by age 18 i was 5foot 11,, and only 135-140Lbs ,
thin and weak ,so i joined the gym, i trained and did't eat allot! when i was 19,, i got as many books and researched up on bodybuilding nutrition,, I was so interested about the diet side of it,
so now i enjoy writing down my meal plan for that week, and i can change things up as i progress, now i feel im making a change for the better, and there is no better feeling/reward,, I enjoy the Lifestyle and the dedication that it takes, something i lacked in my younger years
It gives me confidence , and it lets me set goals and targets, I have a big appetite always have, so the large amounts of food thats some people HATE ,, this has to be my favorite part of the lifestyle,, i can eat clean all year round, i just like and enjoy eating, win win,, I also love knowing when im in the gym that its helping me get that much bigger/better/stronger,,
