20 years ago I did the Body for Life challenge with success. It changed my life for the better. Then kids came along and life happened. Now they're of an age where I might be able to get back into it. Finding bodybuilding.com has been an inspiration. I have a home gym so it's nice to be able to log in and see my fit family gym members, even if they are virtual. Fit Fam, you INSPIRE ME!
