I always did work out since I played sports, I had a baby and needed to get back fit for my carreer choice since I was a police cadet. It was more cardio so lost lots of weight and went down to 113 lbs. I felt less strong since we did not do much of strenght, we did a bit but not enough. I got a surgery after that and was not able to lift heavy for a long time so I gained and got up to 140lbs. I said its enough, I was never that heavy in my life other than pregnant. So I enrolled with 21 day fix and became a beach body coach. I loved it! I did 5 rounds of that after I got bored and lost all my lbs so wanted to tone up. I did 2 rounds of 21 day fix extreme and than I decided to build mass. I bought Body beast and did 1 round of that one and that is the longest program I did. A long time ago I did try insanity but was not for me. I gained a bit of weight with body beast went 118 lbs to 138 lbs so I got Hammer and Chisel for christmas and lost the lbs plus got lean and am building muscles! I am so happy with this program once I'm done in 3 weeks I will probable go back with Body beast, will see but Hammer and Chisel is Bodybeast with 21 day fix extreme kinda so thats why I love it so much.
UPDATE
So, instead of doing Bodybeast again I did chisel for 1 month. I bought Fighter Diet and did this as well but was not able to finish it because I had lack of motivation. I hired a personal trainer and Im really happy I made that choice, Ill be competing for bikini competition this November so, Ill be ready for sure this time.
I love working out and bodybuilding because it made me strong, powerful and comfortable in my own skin. I'm not afraid to show it off anymore like I used too. I would never wear shorts and dresses. I am in the best shape of my life and it makes me happy. It will also give a good example to my son in the futur.
