I got started working out, by joining visionpt for a few short weeks their emphasis was more on nutrition, i realise how much importance nutrition has on a persons body. Afterwards i hired a excellent personal trainer to get my started for weight lifting.

The adrenaline rush i get after working out, and i feel so good and happy after working out even though at times i feel tired or lazy
