I've been part of the Civil Air Patrol, the official civilian auxiliary of the US Air Force, in the Cadet Program since I was twelve. I started working out to pass the physical fitness tests, running, doing pushups, situps, the like. Eventually I grew to love fitness and healthy living and it became a significant part of my life. I now have PR's of 5:23 mile for running, 70 pushups, and 75 situps (1min). I look forward to working out in new and more complete ways.
